This LA powerhouse real estate brokerage firm hired Studio V to update their image and expand their current offices by doubling the size of their current space, creating a 2-phased, occupied construction site. Not only was the schedule fast track and challenging, the fact that the firm had to be operational during construction increased the complexity of the project. The space boasts sweeping views of The Getty to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The space includes ample use of natural light, taking full advantage of the gorgeous LA views. Rich finishes such as chocolate brown wood floors, exotic veneers, light walls, marble stone tops and back-painted glass were used to create a sophisticated, classic, timeless palette. The artwork collection was acquired through Madison Partner’s founder.
